Hills of Westlake Sections I-III
Situated in Conroe off of Highway 105 and La Salle, Hills of Westlake offers a rare challenge for development and an alluring naturalism for future homeowners—extreme topography. Through designing with nature, this neighborhood with homes ranging from $240,000 to $350,000 is wrapped in viewscapes of hills and lakes and traditional fences are often replaced by architectural, stone retaining walls. Phase I, 149 lots and all common and recreation areas, were completed and sold out by David Weekley Homes and Chesmar Homes. Phase II is completed and selling with DR Horton as the sole builder.
Design is underway for the final phase of 120 lots. Phase III common area will include frontage on a shared private lake and over a thousand feet of frontage along the San Jacinto River.
